Thank you for choosing Grand Tech as your tech resolution provider. We strive to offer the highest quality of customer service for all of our customers. 

 

Services

We do not offer refunds for On-call Services.

 

Memberships 

Any current or past Member is eligible for full refund on the most recent billing cycle of their membership if:

Monthly Memberships

  • The refund is requested within 7 calendar days of the last billing cycle.
  • The refund is requested by email, phone, or through the website support page located at grandtech.online/support.

Annual Memberships

  • The refund is requested within 30 calendar days of the last billing cycle.
  • The refund is requested by email, phone, or through the website support page located at grandtech.online/support.

 

Refund times

For debit and credit card, we will begin to process a refund within 24 hours of receiving a request. Please allow for up to 14 calendar days to see the full refund to the card on file. If cash or check is the method of payment, a refund will be delivered in full within 14 calendar days of the refund request via the identical means of payment (cash for cash or check for check).
